On September 5, the first vehicle rollout ceremony for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's Philippines factory was held in Davao City. A brand-new CNHTC truck slowly rolled out of the factory gates, its rugged exterior design showcasing the company's outstanding manufacturing capabilities and technological prowess.

Teams from both China and the Philippines jointly witnessed this milestone. The successful rollout of the first vehicle represents the collective wisdom and collaboration of many, marking a significant achievement jointly attained by Sinotruk and its Philippine automotive manufacturing partners. Adhering to the principle of “rooting locally and serving the market,” the KD (Knock-Down) project team at the Philippine branch overcame numerous challenges. They precisely coordinated domestic and international resources, maintained strict production quality control, and worked closely with dealers to successfully establish Sinotruk's Philippine assembly plant. The facility achieves local chassis assembly and locally produced cargo bodies, offering dealers expanded supply chain options while significantly shortening vehicle delivery cycles.

This initiative markedly enhances Sinotruk's responsiveness and delivery capabilities in the Philippine market, demonstrating the company's commitment and strength in advancing its internationalization strategy and deepening local partnerships. It also represents a crucial step toward achieving localized production for Sinotruk in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.
