To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and in accordance with the work arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Shandong Heavy Industry Group recently held a special seminar on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech. Hu Haihua, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the closing ceremony.

The seminar focused on the core tasks of "deeply understanding the spirit of the plenary session, scientifically planning the '15th Five-Year Plan' development, and strengthening the exemplary leadership of leading cadres." It adopted a combination of individual self-study, watching special courses, group study, and exchange and discussion, with a clear theme, rich content, in-depth discussions, and a strong learning atmosphere.

During the seminar, all participants strictly adhered to the requirements of studying the original text, integrating knowledge, and connecting theory with practice. They deeply studied and understood General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirit of the plenary session, and effectively transformed the learning outcomes into ideas and measures to solve development problems. Eight participant representatives delivered speeches at the seminar.

The trainees expressed that through this systematic and in-depth study, they gained a more thorough and precise understanding of the spirit and practical requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, and a clearer and deeper grasp of the guiding ideology, main objectives, and tasks and measures for economic and social development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. Moving forward, they will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the deployments and requirements of the Central Economic Work Conference and the 10th Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Party Committee, and, under the strong leadership of the Group's Party Committee, actively contribute to the Group's high-quality development by fulfilling their responsibilities in their respective positions.

This special seminar was held in two phases, with over 80 participants including deputy-level and section-level leaders from the Group's headquarters, directors and above from Weichai and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and members of the leadership teams of other affiliated companies.
