As a crucial vehicle manufacturing base for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), Howo Jinan Plant actively responded to the Group's call to boost production and ensure supply, quickly launching a massive production surge. All employees are dedicating themselves to the production push with a spirit of "never slacking off, always standing at the forefront, and always striving for first place," working day and night, racing against time to accelerate progress and ensure delivery, providing solid support for achieving the annual production and sales targets with a high sense of responsibility and mission.

Howo Jinan Plant fully leverages its multi-production line advantages to achieve flexible production. Faced with diverse orders, Howo Jinan Plant utilizes a digital system to dynamically adjust the production rhythm of five major production lines: the Laiwu Plant's dual production lines, the Dangjiazhuang Plant, the Mianyang Branch, and the Trial Production Department. Each production line collaborates and flexibly allocates resources to ensure that Howo products are prioritized for production and rolled off the line quickly.

Howo's Jinan plant's Laiwu production base utilizes EMS and BOM systems to set assembly parameters for different vehicle models, achieving automatic vehicle identification and intelligent material delivery, reducing delays in model changeovers. The Howo Jinan plant's Dangjiazhuang production base implements modular battery assembly for new energy heavy trucks, improving assembly efficiency and precision. The Howo Jinan plant's Mianyang production base optimizes production scheduling and logistics routes based on regional needs, achieving rapid localized response. The Howo Jinan plant's trial production department strengthens the verification process for new models, shortening the cycle from vehicle inspection to mass production.

All production lines at the Howo Jinan plant monitor capacity and quality indicators in real time through a shared data platform; all employees, working with a race-against-time mentality, achieved a new high of 717 units produced per shift, demonstrating the Howo Jinan plant's strong manufacturing capabilities.

Entering the fourth quarter, the Howo Jinan plant focused on key production processes, strengthening quality control through standardized operations. It refined process standards, standardized employee operations, and improved the quality traceability system, achieving precise problem location and rapid closure. Specialized efforts were made to address key performance indicators such as assembly consistency and critical torque pass rate.

The Howo Jinan plant's Dangjiazhuang production base, in conjunction with its "quality gate" control mechanism, increased full inspection of critical nodes and real-time data uploading. It monitored key assembly processes by relying on key data collected from inspection and torque data collection. Leveraging the innovation studios of Diao Tongwu and Zhao Cunmiao, continuous efforts were made to optimize assembly processes and improve equipment utilization efficiency. In October, the Howo Jinan plant focused on improving processes such as lifting the cab and bumper assembly, deeply integrating innovation and precise management to drive high-quality and stable production.

Faced with the dual pressures of production and efficiency, the Howo Jinan plant strengthened resource collaboration with the guiding principle of "focusing on the front line and growing on the front line." Various functional departments went to the front line to investigate problems such as production rhythm, material distribution, and equipment maintenance, establishing a "real-time response to front-line needs" mechanism. Human resource allocation was optimized, and key personnel were added according to production fluctuations.

Howo's Jinan plant has implemented a "problem list + responsibility matrix" management model, clearly defining responsible personnel and resolution deadlines. The plant has strengthened employee skills training, optimized logistics and warehousing layout, enhanced logistical support, and improved the quality of supporting services such as accommodation, shuttle buses, and catering, ensuring that Howo's Jinan plant employees feel the company's care and warmth.

Safe production is the foundation for Howo's Jinan plant to ensure stable production and delivery. The plant has implemented a safety production responsibility system, built a safety control system, strengthened risk management across the entire chain, and increased the intensity of hazard investigation. Party members have taken the lead in forming investigation teams to comprehensively inspect production, transportation equipment, and delivery vehicles, establishing rectification ledgers to track rectification progress.

To ensure safe and stable delivery, Howo's Jinan plant established a research team to optimize the delivery process, identifying bottlenecks in vehicle pickup routes, paperwork, and vehicle inspection, and launched a "one-stop" delivery service, allowing customers to pick up their vehicles immediately upon arrival at the plant.

Howo Jinan Plant will uphold the spirit of "emphasizing integrity, craftsmanship, and action," and take concrete actions to support the Group's in-depth implementation of the "Six-fold" strategy.
